Translation:

In the name of God. Praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon the messenger of God and his family, his companions and those who support him

My Muslim brothers everywhere, may the peace, mercy, and the blessings of God be upon you.

In the recent Annapolis Summit the goal was to turn Palestine Jewish. The Crusading Caesar of Washington brought together sixteen Arab countries along with their League of Arab States (Arab League) and its secretary general Amr Mousa, who is considered the first from the league to sit in the same room, on the same table with the Israelis.

These governments and the Arab League were present to bear false witnesses to a new treasonous deal to sell Palestine, abandon it, and it it to the Jews. At the conference, Olmert stood and invited the Palestinians to acknowledge the Jews of Israel. He talked about the killing of Jews and called for the Arabs to work with this. Mahmoud Abbas stood by and ignored the Palestinian people who were killed and starving.

To complete the Crusader's deception, the Americans, America prepared a proposal to present it to the Security Council that summarizes the agreements made in the Annapolis and will call upon the Security Council to issue and enforce a resolution on the Islamic Ummah in Palestine, and on the entire Muslim world in the name of international law, which is their new religion.

I'm stunned at the politicians' stance who gave up four fifths of Palestine granting Mahmoud Abbas the authority to negotiate in the name of Palestine in the palaces of Mecca and then they finally cried out warning and condemning the conference after they saw with their own eyes the disaster which the Brother President Mahmoud Abbas is driving them to. Is the traitor Mahmoud Abbas still the "Brother President" after they condemned the conference? Is Mahmoud Abbas, the Agent, still the one invited for the dialogue, and Mahmoud Abbas the sellout is still the one they consider legitimate?

Isn't it time for you to go back to the pure creed, which doesn't know compromises and political tricks and diplomatic ploys which obstructs religion and life. Is in it time for you to announce it loud and clear that you are Mujahideen who seek the rule of Sharia and disbelieve in the rule of the crowds or any rule except the rule of the Quran and Sunna. And that you are seeking the establishment of the Caliphates, and that you fight to raise Allah's word and to have all the religion for Allah. And that you seek to liberate every occupied inch of the Islamic Lands from Andalusia to Chechnya. And that you and the rest of the Mujahideen and the Muslims are fighting a single Jihad for one nation against single Crusader Zionist enemy?

Isn't it time for you to announce your disownment of the Mecca Accord and from respecting international treaties that sold Palestine and that you disbelieve in, disown and resist everything imposed by the International crusader which is called the International legitimacy to slaughter Palestine and make it Jewish?

Isn't it time for you to announce that you're not a national liberation movement but a Muslim Mujahideen movement that goes beyond national extremism, one that believes in brotherhood in Islam and doesn't except a replacement for Islamic Sharia?

Isn't this the time to extend the bonds of brotherhood and love for all Muslims who seed jihad, the Mujahideen of Chechnya, whom you have abandoned for false promises from Russia, where nothing was ever gained but only lost?

Isn't it the time for you to recognize your true brothers? Those who will never forsake you, even though you call them terrorists and extremists? These have never stopped working to free Palestine, and to call on the Muslim nation to help free Palestine, even while you are slandering them? Isn't it time for you to admit that the mujahideen everywhere are more loyal and truthful and close to you that Mahmoud Abbas and Muhamed Dahlan and others like them?

Why do you pretend to forget Abu Mus'ab al-Zarqawi, God bless his soul, and ignore what he said. He said 'we are fighting in Iraq and our eyes are fixed on Jerusalem.' Instead you follow the "Brother President" who did not hesitate to sell you out in Annapolis, and others both before and after.

My dear Muslim brothers in Palestine, we and all the Muslims and the Mujahedeen are with you in your Jihad and confrontation against the crusader Zionist enemy and we will not give up on you, God willing, no matter what a small group of your politicians gave up, surrendered, compromised and stepped back even if they claimed to belong to Islamic movements, for the matter is a matter of religion and Islamic Shari'a.

It is a matter of required duty. It is a matter of one of the holiest places in Islam, which we must reclaim with our souls, our sons, our people, and our money.

My dear Muslim brothers in Palestine, unite under the banner of Islam and on the path of Jihad in the sake of God and denounce these secular organizations who sold you out in Madrid and Oslo, camp David and Wye River, Sharm El-Sheikh and Annapolis.

Trust in your God, the Creator, the Giver of blessings, and depend on Him for those who"puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is ((Allah)) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion." (Qu'ran: Al-Talaq 65:3).

As for the mufti of Al Saud, who claims that Al Saud is the protector of the sanctuaries of the Muslims, the defender of their sanctuaries, their offspring, their kinsfolk, their barrier protector against attacks of the enemies, and the envy of the unbelievers. We ask him: 'What say you about the Annapolis Summit? Is it part of a sequence of others which sell out and renounce Palestine? Or is it a door to abundant riches and wealth as long as Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz agrees to it and as long as Saud Ibn Faisal participated as a false witness submitting to the will of the Crusaders? Give us your fatwa, oh you scholar? Why don't you say a word? Is it because you are waiting for Al Saud to tell you what to say, and he is waiting for the Americans to tell him?

And to those who renounce jihad, those who back out, those who want to reform, who have declared Hosni Mubarak to be a guardian of Muslims, and who have called Sadat a martyr, and who have condemned the attack on America, and who were shocked that the Taliban refused to turn over Oama Bin Ladin, and who claim that they did not gain anything from the Americans, and who swore to turn in those who were plotting against their guardian Hosni Mubarak. I ask them: "What say you about Annapolis? Is losing Palestine part of the deal that you have made, or it is the result of the deals of your guardian [Hosni Mubarak] and his son [Jamal Mubarak], the rising star in the skies of surrendering to the Americans? Is it a step in the Crusader-Zionist plan to take over the lands of Muslims, or is it another success in the path that was begun by your martyr, Sadat?'

And to those "retractors" and advisors who humiliate the jihad-seeking, generous Islamic Ummah, who offers many sacrifices and who remains strong in its religion. They call for the Ummah to be patient, to give up, yet its enemies continue to steal our wealth and our land and do not stop their attacks against us. They call for the Ummah to be patient and to give up, even though with the grace of Allah, and with the efforts of its sons and its mujahideen it is able to fight off the aggressors.

It was the Ummah who faced, with the help of Allah, and though it's Muslim fights, who stood against the Crusader-American plan in Iraq and Afghanistan and defeated it. It broke the plan through inflicting one defeat after another, as documented by the Americans.

O you retractors, let us hear your guidance. Tell us how to correct the mistakes of the Annapolis Summit, since you have made us hear your litany of the mistakes of the mujahideen and how to fix those.

This is your guardian, the bloodthirsty traitor, who sent his delegation to join in with the other witnesses of the deal. What is your judgement about him? Is he a caliph from the wise Muslim caliphate? Or is he a traitor, a corrupt degenerate who has surrendered his power to the Crusaders and the Jews? Give us you Fatwa so that the truth can be known, and to show the truth of the revisions, the retractions, the concessions, and the justifications.

I speak to the lions in captivity, the majority of those held in the prison camps of the Crusaders, who are proud of their faith, remain true to it, and fear the flames of Hell. I say to them: Do not be shocked at the attention in the media regarding retractions and compromises. They will be unmasked soon. Here in fact is the Annapolis Summit, which has already shown the truth of them.

And to those who hesitate to accept the truth and who call for a new American religion which is not that which Allah has given to the people

As for those who hesitate to believe the call for a new American religion which contradicts what God has given to the people.

When any Muslim, no matter how little he might know, pays attention to the attention in the media saying that Muslims are required to silence himself, calm himself, and surrender despite the fact that he can see his enemies attacking him, his religion, his lands, and his sanctuaries, he must also notice the messages sent by two of the revisionists to Hosni Mubarak, where they thank him for his work supporting Palestine.

Look then to the government of Husni Mubarak, and to the other Arab governments, as they are forced by the will of the Americans to Annapolis to make Palestine Jewish. You can then realize that this new American religion is not the true religion because it goes against what Allah has instructed in terms of fighting injustice.

This is the simple truth that was discovered by the fighting Haj, Malik al-Shahbaz or Malcolm X, may God have mercy on his soul. That free, fighting Muslim who battled injustice discovered that Islam is the religion of freedom when he said about his Muslim religion: 'I believe in a religion that believes in freedom and if ever there is a time where I would have to accept a religion that does permit me to go into battle for my people, then let that religion go to hell.'

This is the simple and great truth of Islam found by Hajj Malik al-Shahbaz, may God rest his soul, when he became Muslim. This is what some other so-called scholars of Islam, who support Al Saud's government, try to hide.

Because of this, the Muslim nation must be very careful of the fatwas and rulings that infect our ummah, depriving it of the means to defend itself from its Crusader and Zionist enemies.

One scholar issues a ruling about the campaign under the American flag,sanctioning the war against his Muslim brothers in Afghanistan. Another issues a fatwa prohibiting Muslims from joining in the support of their Muslim brothers with the permission of their leaders, who are agents of the Crusaders. The third calls for Muslims to be silent and concentrate on their lives and job and families because they do not have the health or power to do otherwise.

All of these fatwas are in the interests and welfare of the enemies of our Ummah. None is happier than they with these rulings and so they will be their biggest supporter.

But it is not my intent to address these latest claims. I will address those in depth at a later time, God willing. With the grace of God, we will expose all of them to the Muslim nation and we will expose the truth behind them.

I am here to focus on their relation of the Annapolis Summit and its consequences on our nation in this dangerous phase of its history. Those behind theses claims only wish to shift the focus from their weakness to our entire Ummah. In their blindness they failed to see the great victories that the nation is achieving in Afghanistan and Iraq that have exhausted the US plan to consume the region.

O Islamic nation, it is a new conspiracy against Palestine and the lands of Islam, stand up with your brethrens in Palestine and don't give up on its Mujahedeen and don't leave them on their own between the hammer of the bargaining politicians and the aggression of the crusaders and the Zionists.

Stand by them with everything that you have, yourselves, your souls, your money, your expertise, your knowledge and your prayers. Seek it, go after the crusaders and Zionists' targets wherever you can succeed. And here I especially address the Islamic nation in Egypt and I tell them where is your role in confronting this aggression against Islam and Muslims and how did you accept to transform Egypt a supply base for the crusader campaign against Muslims. So rise up to the fight.

Rise up against this campaign by the Crusaders and the Jews. Beware of the poison of weakness and submission, which the collaborating regime is attempting to release in you using the speeches of the retractors, apologists, and advisors. Some of the agents of retractions will try to release it by claiming, while deceiving themselves before deceiving others that we must ally ourselves with Husni Mubarak to stand against Israel. Ask them, in what way do we ally ourselves with Husni Mubarak? In Oslo, Sharm al-Shaykh, or Annapolis?

What do we agree upon? Should we agree to train thousands of Palestinian police members to fight the government of Hamas or the on the shipment of weapons supplied to Mahmud Abbas and Muhammad Dahlan? Or should we support the enforcement of the blockade around Gaza to deny the jihadists the supplies and weapons as well as medical and food supplies from all the Palestinians? Or to the imprisonment and torture of anyone intending to support the jihadists in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Palestine? Or should we agree to the imprisonment of women, children, the sick at the Rafah crossing to obey the commands of Washington and Tel Aviv? Or the torture of thousands in Sinai to protect the corrupt Israeli trade there?

O Sinai tribes, O dear and noble tribes, I incite you and I call upon you by the name of God and your love and respect to the prophet, O soldiers of Islam, stand by the Mujahedeen in Palestine

Your grandfathers travelled from the Arabian Peninsula to join jihad in the name of Allah, and to spread Islam and and that there is no God but Allah. At the same time, the government of Mubarak today wants to turn you into servants of Israel in the resorts of Sinai.

The government of Mubarak, which has killed your youth, imprisoned your children, tortured and harassed you, yanked for hijab and niqab from your daughters, invaded your homes, and insulted your honor wants you to join him against your brothers of faith and blood in Palestine.

Allah wants you to rise up in His name. "O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter." (Qu'ran; At-Tawbah 9:38).

I also would like to address the soldiers and the officers in the Egyptian army and I tell them not to aid the crusaders and the Jews on the expense of your brethrens in Palestine because America would like to corner the Muslims in Gaza strip in between you and the Jews. Don't be the partisans of the Jews and the crusaders; be the partisans of your brethrens, the Muslims.

"O ye who believe! Be ye helpers of Allah. As said Jesus the son of Mary to the Disciples, "Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah." Said the disciples, "We are Allah.s helpers!" then a portion of the Children of Israel believed, and a portion disbelieved: But We gave power to those who believed, against their enemies, and they became the ones that prevailed." (Qu'ran: As-Saff 61:14)

Give to your brothers in Palestine what they need in spite of the Crusaders and their agents.

I would like to address the brethrens in the Islamic Maghreb, the land of Jihad and I tell them that your governments sent their delegations to Annapolis to witness the sellout of Palestine while your Mujahedeen brethren and sons are sacrificing their souls and wealth to seek Jihad against the crusaders and their agents as friends and traitors at the side of Israel. Stand with your brothers and your sons against the Zionist-Crusader and their agents.

Dear Muslim nation, we promise you that we pledge to God that we will never surrender our weapons and we will never cease our jihad and we will never retreat in our creed and we will never give up on Andalusia, Sabta and Malila, Bosnia and Kosovo, Cyprus and Jerusalem, Haifa and Om Rashrash, nor Baghdad, Kabul or Kashmir, Grozni even if they hold one thousand conferences in Oslo and Annapolis, London

Our last plea is that praise be to God, Lord of all creation and Peace and blessings upon Muhammad, and his family and his companions.
